I have placed an order, when will it be delivered?

The delivery time is shown on the checkout page. This also depends on the chosen carrier. You will always receive a track & trace code through our shipping partner Sendcloud.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

The shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page. They depend on the weight of the package, your chosen carrier and the country to which it is shipped.  If you have an adress in the European Union we ship free from €100 to a near pick-up point (but only which can be chosen on our checkout page).

Do I pay import taxes / ICOD when ordering from abroad?

Erotic Discount is located in the Netherlands. Ordered products shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties. Products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please check with your local government.

To which countries do we ship?

Erotic-Discount has already shipped to almost every country. We ship to ANY address worldwide.
