Shipping & Returns
Erotic Discount is located in the Netherlands. Ordered products shipped within the EU are not subject to import duties. Products shipped to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Please check with your local government.
With Erotic-Discount you have the right to withdraw within 14 days, without stating reasons, to return an item (right of withdrawal). Within this period you may view and rate the item as you do in a store, unless stated otherwise.
Please note: if the packaging is no longer sealed and/or the safety label is not intact, products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To cancel or return (revoke) you can also use it Model withdrawal form. You have the right to change within 14 days of your purchase. For all conditions, read further below. After revoking your order, you must submit the articles within 14 at the latest days after reporting the revocation. By submitting your return shipment in advance, your return shipment can be processed quickly.
Both clothing and other items can be returned to Erotic -Discount. When returning your order please note that you return to the next one requirements satisfies:
- The product / products are still in the seal layer / security label intact
- The product is in the - as far as reasonably possible - original condition and factory packaging
- The product is complete
Please note: if the packaging is no longer sealed and/or the safety label is not intact, products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If an order is returned to us for any of the following reasons:
- The order was not picked up by you at a pickup point.
- You have entered a wrong address.
- On the other hand, an error that is your fault.
Then we will refund you the total amount minus the shipping costs you paid as soon as the package is back in our possession. Unfortunately, we have to do this because we have to pay the shipping costs when an order is returned.
You can by completing it withdrawal form indicate that you want to use the right of withdrawal. However, you are not obliged to do it withdrawal form to use, because even without the form the right of withdrawal applies.
Revocation amount
With the application of the right of withdrawal, your payment obligation will not expire. You will have to pay within the deadline. If the return process in our administration creates a credit and you have paid the order in advance with Ideal , we will refund it immediately. If you send the entire order back, the shipping costs will expire. We pay you back with the same payment as you paid us.
In general, we will pay the purchase amount within 14 at the latest days after dissolution, refund. Dissolution arises from the moment you have informed us of the cancellation of the purchase.
Pay attention!Please note that for reasons of hygiene, products cannot be returned if the packaging is no longer sealed.
CAUTION: condoms, lubricants, creams and all other items in the Pharmacy category can NEVER be returned for safety reasons.
The above articles can only be returned when the item proves to be defective. Defects must be reported to Erotic- Discounting within 14 days of receipt . You can do this through us return form / withdrawal form .
Returns
The costs for a return shipment are for your own account (Estimated shipping costs: shipping costs you have paid). The original shipping costs will be removed on the invoice after receipt of the return shipment if you return the entire order.
If you want to return an item please use us return form / withdrawal form so that we can quickly process your return shipment.
Cancellation of your order
Every order can be canceled without giving any reason. Provided this order has not yet been sent. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from Erotic- discount. Do you want to cancel your order after you have received an order confirmation? Please reply to your order confirmation or contact us by telephone or fill it out return form / withdrawal form in. The cancellation of the order will be confirmed by e-mail. Once your request for cancellation has been confirmed by us, Erotic -Discount will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days after termination (withdrawal).

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative Mia([email protected]) and we will find the best solution for you ASAP.

Order cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform our customer service representative Mia([email protected])of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
Please note that the order cannot be cancelled once the package is shipped from our warehouse.
Products return
Customers have the right to return the products within 14 days after receiving them without giving any reason.
The refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires, physical possession of the products.
If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)

*Cost of return：Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned products.
Please note that customer must confirm the return process with our customer service representative Mia([email protected]) before returning the package. Packages that returned without confirmation from our customer service representative will not be refunded.
* Please contact us within 90 days after delivery so that we can replace a defective/incorrect item. After 90 days, we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items.
Order/product refund
1.If customers cancel order, we will make a full refund for all payments received from customers, without undue delay.
2.We will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned products and completing the product inspection.(Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as the product replenishment fee)
3.If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative Mia([email protected]) and we will arrange the re-shipment or a full refund of the product for you.
