Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (FlareFun, Einderstraat 38, 6414 NJ Heerlen, Nederland, [email protected], Telefoon: 0031(0)615014947) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than –
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative Mia([email protected]) and we will find the best solution for you ASAP.

Order cancellation
Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason.
To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform our customer service representative Mia([email protected])of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.
Please note that the order cannot be cancelled once the package is shipped from our warehouse.
Products return
Customers have the right to return the products within 14 days after receiving them without giving any reason.
The refund period will expire after 14 days from the day on which customers acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by customers acquires, physical possession of the products.
If customers want to return the products to us, customers shall send back the products to our warehouse in the same condition in which it was received. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the plastic bag has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)

*Cost of return:Customers will have to bear the direct cost of returning the items. We may hold the refund until we receive the returned products.
Please note that customer must confirm the return process with our customer service representative Mia([email protected]) before returning the package. Packages that returned without confirmation from our customer service representative will not be refunded.
* Please contact us within 90 days after delivery so that we can replace a defective/incorrect item. After 90 days, we will not replace nor refund defective/incorrect items.
Order/product refund
1.If customers cancel order, we will make a full refund for all payments received from customers, without undue delay.
2.We will arrange a refund for the customer after receiving the returned products and completing the product inspection.(Please note that we will deduct 15% of the order amount as the product replenishment fee)
3.If there appears to be a defect or damage of the product after receiving the product, please contact us immediately by sending pictures or video to our customer service representative Mia([email protected]) and we will arrange the re-shipment or a full refund of the product for you.
